Honestly the third party reservation process was a little messed up. But the staff at the location we are at went above and beyond expectations to make sure everything went smoothly.

The manager Jackie is a nice guy, but I was on a schedule Saturday and didn't get the lock or keys until almost an hour after the office was supposed to be open. Unit is clean, price is good.

I reserved and aquired my unit online through self storage.com and went to the wrong facility to begin with. Had I bothered to look at the .pdf map provided I wouldn't have. I finally realized my mistake as I pulled up to their office. As I pulled away I received a call from the guy in the office. He directed me to my unit and informed me of the combination required to remove their lock. When I took the lock to the office I spent close to 20 minutes just talking with the man. It is a storage unit so not much else to say. Take this review however you wish.

No problems with move in. My only concern was that the rubber seal around the door was torn off at the bottom.

They are clean and secure! The guy who called to confirm my move in was very friendly and helpful!(sorry, I forgot your nameﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ) He was patient and understanding and helped me come up with a solution to my move-in since I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t able to get there until after the office closed! My only complaint is that it was basically IMPOSSIBLE for me to find the officeﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ I walked around all of the rows of units and couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t find itﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m just going to go up when the office is open and call to have them help meﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ to be fair, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s probably pretty easy to find, but Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m a bit blind and oblivious..

Had a great experience getting the unit. Awesome customer service, Jackie is very helpful and easy to talk to. Unit is very easy to access. Would definitely recommend Lancrow Storage to others.

On the weekend in a hurry I called around to several places was even stood up by one owner, but the staff at Lancrow was available and willing to help me out. I was completely taken care of over the phone in a matter of minutes. I was met at the facility to show me the unit and to make sure it was what I needed. Thank you so much for the hospitality

The lady at the front desk was clear and concise and helpful with the checking in process. She made sure the security lock was removed in time for my move-in. The space was exactly what I needed. Quick, efficient and easy move-in.
